Sunbrooke Acres was founded from my deep love for my beautiful Labrador Retrievers and a commitment to raising them with purpose and care. As a small, home-based breeding program, each dog is raised as part of our family, ensuring they receive the individual attention, socialization, and love they deserve.

 

We take great pride in focusing on genetics, health, temperament, and structure. Our goal is to produce well-bred, versatile Labradors that excel as devoted family companions, capable hunting retrievers, and potential service or working dogs. Originally bred for sporting and retrieving, and later trusted in roles such as search and rescue and guide work, the Labrador’s legacy of intelligence, loyalty, and eagerness to please continues to inspire our program today.
