Start by filling out our puppy application. We’ll review your application and reach out with our decision.

to fill out the application, please visit the menu at the top right of this page. navigate to the application page, fill out your information, and submit it. please allow 24 hours for me to get back with you. if i do not contact you within 24 hours, please reach out to make sure i received it.

2. Get to Know Us

 

If your application is approved, you can schedule a FaceTime call with us.

This is your chance to ask questions, learn more about Sunbrooke Acres, meet our dogs, and virtually see where our puppies are raised.

 

3. Reserve Your Puppy

 

Ready to move forward? Place your $500 deposit to join the reservation list. Families are added to the reservation list in the order their deposits are received, determining puppy selection order among approved pet homes.

Show/breeding prospects and service dog placements are prioritized before pet home selections begin, so first pick means first choice of the puppies remaining after these placements have been made, not first pick of the entire litter.

4. Follow Along

 

Once you’re on the reservation list, we’ll keep you updated throughout the process.

After the puppies are born, you’ll receive weekly pictures and videos as they grow and their personalities begin to develop.

 

5. Choose Your Puppy

 

At 6 weeks old, each family will schedule a FaceTime call with us. Pet homes select their puppies in deposit order.

During your call, you’ll get to see the puppies, ask questions, and learn about each puppy’s individual personality, temperament, and developing traits.

As your breeder, I take an active role in guiding the selection process, sharing my observations and recommending puppies I believe may be the best fit for your family’s lifestyle, preferences, and goals. Your input matters, and the final choice is yours among the puppies available for selection.

My goal is to ensure every puppy is thoughtfully matched with a family where they can thrive for years to come.

 

6. Bring Your Puppy Home

 

At 8 weeks old, your puppy is ready to go home!

We’ll send you home with the information and resources you need to get your new puppy off to a great start.

 

7. Lifetime Support

 

Our relationship doesn’t end when your puppy goes home.

We’re always here to answer questions, talk through concerns, and support you throughout the lifetime of your Sunbrooke Acres Labrador.

Once you bring a Sunbrooke Acres puppy home, you’re part of our family for life.​​​​​
